​WMKV Matching Gifts Program

​Does doubling, tripling or even quadrupling the impact of your donation to WMKV 89.3 FM — at no cost to you — sound appealing? WMKV’s Matching Gift Program is a great way to do just that! If your employer participates in a matching gift program, your company will match the contributions that you donate to a charitable organization. Some companies will also match contributions made by their retirees.

​Here’s how it works:
1. Once you have made a donation to WMKV, contact your Human Resources Department & inquire if they have a Matching Gift Program. Maple Knoll Communities, the parent company of WMKV, is the non-profit organization you will look for. WMKV falls under their heading. If your company does, they should have a simple form for you to fill out, which will get the ball rolling.

2. Mail your completed form to:

3. Once received, WMKV will alert your company of your generosity, triggering their matching gift to be sent directly to our radio station.

Each company has it’s own guidelines, so be sure to contact your Human Resource Department for details on your company’s program.

If your company isn’t currently involved in a matching gift program, you may want to suggest that they look into it. Matching employee contributions is a terrific way for a company to support their employees!
